Bhiwandi Court has given next date for hearing of the case on September 30.
When media asked Rahul why he appeared before court despite getting the exemption from SC, he said he had to ‘honour his commitment’ to the court.
Last year, during a Lok Sabha rally in Bhiwandi, Rahul had claimed that RSS people killed Mahatma Gandhi. Following this allegation, local RSS workers had moved Bhiwandi court against Rahul’s remarks, filing a defamation case.
