It is an important day for Jayalalithaa and her party members as today is also the foundation day of AIADMK. Jayalalithaa’s party workers must be expecting a favourable hearing by the apex court so that they culminate their celebration with the release of the AIADMK chief from the jail.

Jayalalithaa had moved the Supreme Court after the Karnataka High Court refused her bail plea saying corruption is like human rights violation.

The Karnataka high court had on September 27 held Jayalalithaa guilty of corruption and amassing wealth inappropriate to her known source of income.

This is the final chance for Jayalalithaa to get her bail approved which was earlier denied by the Karnataka High Court.
